Wow! Stay in this incredible, brand new, waterfront condo in exclusive building 8 at The Seasons! Floor to ceiling windows in the living and primary bedroom embrace sunlight and sweeping views of Lake Pend Oreille. This condo rental includes a boat slip at the Seasons Marina. Only guests in building 8 have access to its rooftop amenities which include: hot tub, sitting pool, social club, covered outdoor bar with TV and infared heaters, BBQs and a private fitness room. The views of the lake and mountains are jaw dropping and awe inspiring!
Three bedroom condo with King beds in the primary and second bedrooms, and a bunk bed in the third. Fully appointed kitchen with gas cooktop, living area with large TV and beautiful gas fireplace. Underground parking for one car provided and guests love the short walk to town, City Beach or exploring the Pend Oreille Bay Trail next to Seasons. Schweitzer Mountain is just 30 minutes away.
Seasons additional amenities for all guests include a Retreat Center, large heated pool, additional hot tub, beach, marina and beach with swimming area. Wildflower Spa is located on the 3rd floor of the Retreat Center. Stand up paddle boards, kayaks and a 24' Cobalt boat are all available to rent (just ask property manager after your booking). Cobalt is moored at Season's marina.
**NOTE: Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later),the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet. Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks. The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June.
